This will be our very first meeting so all is flexible. We will begin with a quick candle & incense lighting, 2 minute devotional and invocation to Goddess (just like in Church! -- NOT). Then we can look at powerpoint slides, some of which have nifty little sound effects and music bites. I have hundreds of vivid, sumptuous slides showing Goddess in world art (both ancient and modern), sculpture, scripture, etc. Plus I'll bring some icons and statuettes. We can look at a dozen or more slides, and discuss ... then snack & drink and gab some more.

Hopefully one of you will suggest a good place in Gainesville or preferably Alachua, to hold this gathering. I am new 'round here.

I can rig a babysitter for anyone with kids since my kids will need one anyway. Email me privately if that's something you wanna work out.
